Analyte Name10-847
Analyte FamilyAntibodies
Analyte InformationOne of the monoclonal antibodies isolated from the expanded B-cell clones encoding PGT121, and it belongs to the 1074-like group.
Concentration50 ug/mL
ProtocolAfter blocking arrayed slides with 0.04% (v/v) Blocker Casein (Pierce), 1% (w/v) bovine serum albumin (Sigma A8577) in Hepes buffered saline (5 mM Hepes, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl2), 10-847 was analyzed at 50 ug/ml, followed by biotinylated anti-human IgG (Vector) 5 ug/ml. Binding was detected using Alexa Fluor-647-labeled streptavidin from Molecular Probes (1 ug/ml). As diluent the blocker solution was used.
