Analyte Information	Rabbit monoclonal a-O-Man IgG antibody (clone RKU-1-3-5) was produced by immunization of rabbit with immunogen KLH-C-Ahx-YAT[a1-Man]AV, consisting of the keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) as an immunostimulant, the O-mannosylated hexapeptide and the linker amino acid aminocaproic acid (Ahx).

Protocol	After blocking arrayed slides with 0.02% (v/v) Blocker Casein (Pierce), 1% (w/v) bovine serum albumin (Sigma A8577) in HEPES-buffered saline (5 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl2), the α-O-Man antibody was overlaid at 1:25 dilution at 20 C. Bnding was detected using biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG (Sigma) at 1:200 dilution followed by Alexa Fluor-647-labeled streptavidin from Molecular Probes (1 ug/ml). As diluent the blocker solution was used.
