Analyte Name3BC315
Analyte FamilyAntibodies
Analyte InformationOne of the human HIV-1 neutralizing IgG antibodies isolated using a cell-based capture method. It has been shown to bind to a broadly neutralizing epitope in the vicinity of the V3 loop and the CD4-induced site and highly complement the neutralization spectrum of potent broadly neutralizing anti-CD4 binding site (CD4bs) antibodies obtained from the same individual.
Concentration10 ug/mL
ProtocolAfter blocking arrayed slides with 0.04% (v/v) Blocker Casein (Pierce), 1% (w/v) bovine serum albumin (Sigma A8577) in Hepes buffered saline (5 mM Hepes, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl2), 3BC315 was precomplexed with biotinylated anti-human IgG (Vector) at a 1:3 ratio (w/w) before application onto the slides at a final concentration of 10 ug/ml. Binding was detected using Alexa Fluor-647-labeled streptavidin from Molecular Probes (1 ug/ml).
